About the position:

The Supply Chain Manager will manage and coordinate all purchasing, warehouse and housekeeping activities and contracts at the facility.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen.
• Must be a team player and possess good safety and housekeeping skills.
• Five years' experience in industrial setting
• Five years' experience of business and personnel management

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the purchasing activities at the facility which include;
  • Coordinating deliveries of commodities into the facility
  • Coordinating transportation and disposal of facility's residual waste
  • Ensuring purchasing policies are in alignment with HES Supply Chain
  • Managing contractor contracts and soliciting contractor bids
  • Managing company insurance requirements
  • Negotiating contracts with supply vendors with assistance from HES Supply Chain
• Managing warehouse activities which includes deliveries, inventory controls and coordinating parts and material for maintenance activities
• Supervision of Storeroom Specialists and Housekeeping Attendants
• Performs other duties as assigned.
