Please note that this is a temporary assignment for a Service Technician I - Sampler. Keep in mind that the person selected for this assignment is not guaranteed a full-time regular position if this opening should become permanent.

Department: BOP Title: Service Tech I - Sampler

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must currently be a Service Tech I or II.
• Requires participation in Emergency Response and Fire Brigade.
• Good attendance record a plus
• Good safety record
• Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.

DUTIES:

• Sample and unload bulk solid and liquid deliveries.
• Perform daily inspection of fork lifts and BOP work area.
• Obtains samples of bulk storage tanks.
• Obtain daily samples of Parshall Flume
• Obtain daily waste water samples
• Waste water transfers.
• Operate computer.
• Operate forklift to load pallets.
• Transfer material from tank to tank using a centrifugal pump.
• Clean-up work area
• Other duties as assigned.
