Scrum Master

Primary Purpose

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to work on our product, an advanced ERP System. Your goal will be to coordinate and coach our software development team. If you are excited about solving complex problems and advancing your career with an innovative tech team, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Sprint and Kanban planning, daily scrum/standups, retrospectives

Coaching team members in Agile frameworks

Creating and delivering reporting framework for team members and management

Work with the team to understand blockers, work to remove them

Administer the Scrum tools and framework

Act as a facilitator during scrum ceremonies

Facilitating communication and resolving disagreements

Help product owners to communicate product/feature vision and goals

Leading and coaching the company in its Scrum adoption

Building productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar field required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a scrum master/PM role required. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) required. Familiarity with software development life cycle required. Admin experience in Jira preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including ability to communicate in English. Positive mindset, can-do attitude. Team player who works well in a diverse environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Adaptable to a business environment with fast-changing requirements and priorities. Willingness to constantly learn and grow. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
