QA Specialist

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual testing of desktop and web applications required.

Knowledge and Abilities: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, hands-on experience with automated testing tools, experience organizing and maintaining testing processes in projects, experience with Scrum, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail is required. Experience with API testing, basic knowledge of SQL, experience in Test Rail, Postman, Swagger, and Fiddler, and understanding of logs, exception logs, error descriptions, etc. preferred. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
