Plant Utility Specialist

REQUIREments:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.      
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance company guidelines to drive company vehicles.
• Must have basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Must be a team player and possess good safety and housekeeping skills.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• 40-hour OSHA hazmat trained.

PRIMARY duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Outbound & Transportation Coordinator in preparing loads for shipment
• Prepare Bills of Lading for all outbound material, including recyclables such as cardboard, drums, totes, etc.
• Assist in manifesting outbound residual loads
• Assist with daily inspections and housekeeping in the BOP
• Assist in tracking fiber trailer inventories
• Assist in tracking and reporting Bulk Solid Pad inventory
• Complete fugitive emissions monitoring on bulk loads on site greater than 24 hours
• Operate the combi-lift and unload IM boxes
• Other duties as assigned
