Known as the tri-state area, we border Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The facility is approximately 30 minutes from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport and provides opportunity for big city adventures, small town communities, and country living.

About the position:

The Manifest Compliance Coordinator is a temporary clerical position. Work hours are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Position is open immediately and will last 3-4 months.

Requirements include:

• Must possess strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work with customers and possess strong team skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are a must.
• Requires strong attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking manifest discrepancies
• Ensures incoming manifest completion is accurate.
• Mail copies of manifest to appropriate locations
• Handle customer problems/questions pertaining to manifests.
• Ensure manifest discrepancies are filed with manifests.
• Ensure manifest discrepancies are resolved in timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
