Industrial Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage day-to-day activities of the IM group. Provide direct management for the IM Group employees. Manage safety and compliance performance as well as production issues of the group.

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience required.
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent
• Project planning and oversight experience a plus.
• Good time management skills.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide management, oversight and training for the IM group.
• Work with the Safety Department to complete HASPs and JSAs then communicate them to the group.
• Actively work with the IM group as manpower demands require.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Support and implement company safety and compliance programs within the department
• Provide proposal development with cost estimates and project planning.
• Set the work schedule for the group as work demands change.
• Develop and implement SOPs for IM group.
• Maintain an accurate schedule to ensure timely completion of IM projects
