The facility is approximately 30 minutes from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport and provides opportunity for big city adventures, small town communities, and country living.

About the position:

The IT technician will perform IT support functions required to ensure the proper functioning of the computer systems at the facility. Working closely with the corporate IT team, the IT technician has the following responsibilities and requirements.

Minimum Education:

• Associates, Bachelor's, or equivalent additional experience in IT support.

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years' experience supporting computer systems and networks using Windows/Linux OS, Cisco and HP hardware
• Experience providing support in a manufacturing plant environment a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines with shifting priorities.
• Strong problem resolution, judgement, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Infrequent after-hours call in support may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain computer and network hardware and software
• Provide level 2 support for computers, printers, scanners, network systems and users
• Provide level 1 and level 3 support for local systems, like paging and security systems
• Work with vendors and corporate purchasing to obtain services and equipment
• Respond to and resolve issues escalated from the level 1 help desk support team
• Lead projects and coordinate project activities with operations and corporate IT teams
• Other duties as assigned
