Heritage Thermal Services (HTS) is dedicated to safety, compliance, our community and our employees. HTS is located on the Ohio River in East Liverpool, Ohio. Known as the tri-state area, we border Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The facility is approximately 30 minutes from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport and provides opportunity for big city adventures, small town communities, and country living.

Requirements include:

  • General office experience required.
  • Payroll, Data Entry, and / or Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to keep information confidential is a must.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are a must.
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Requires strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of payroll for HTS employees
  • Provide professional and timely customer service to employees of all levels by providing information and responding to questions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Provide professional and timely administrative support to the Human Resources Team.
  • Ensure employee files are accurate, complete and maintained within specified timeframes for document/record retention purposes.
  • Assist with coordination of employee appreciation and informational events.
  • Performs all activities with discretion and maintains confidentiality of all information
  • Perform ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other tasks or initiatives as needed
