The facility is approximately 30 minutes from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport and provides opportunity for big city adventures, small town communities, and country living.

About the position:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Will work holidays and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Good communication skills and willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and information.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Education:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities include:

• Perform housekeeping / janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and order of common areas at the facility, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, locker rooms, lunchrooms, conference rooms, and other public areas.
• Remove trash and recyclable materials.
• Mix and use cleaning solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
