Primary Purpose

Keeping all Rineco owned property groomed and well kept

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Maintain all "yard grooming" as needed.
• Cutting grass, bush hogging, maintaining flower beds weed eating, and picking up trash and/or debris as needed on all Rineco owned property
• May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required.

Experience: Experience with tractors, bush hogging, mowers, chain saw work, weed eaters, and backhoe is required. Must to be able to complete basic maintenance and repairs on the equipment.

Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent, organizational, follow-through, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds; wear protective equipment; do a lot of walking; withstand exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat and/or cold); and withstand a generally loud noise level. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

A post offer drug screen will be required.
