BOP Training Coordinator

Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Train all new full time and temporary employees in the BOP
• Track and document all training of BOP employees
• Annually review all BOP SOPs and update as needed
• Track required reading and MOCs for all SOP changes in the BOP
• Track training requirements for all new Service Tech IIs
• Schedule outside training for BOP, such as truck driver training
• Provide refresher training for BOP employees on a regular basis
• Hold regular training sessions as needed to keep employees up to date on SOP changes and corrective actions
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year employment in BOP. (require)

Competencies:

• Good safety habits and attitude.
• Ability to train new Full Time and Temporary employees in the BOP.
• Have a good understanding of processes and SOPs for the BOP.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work dayshift (Mon-Fri) with occasional evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with the Management Of Change (MOC) process.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
