BOP Training Coordinator
Essential Functions & Requirements:
- Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Train all new full time and temporary employees in the BOP
- Track and document all training of BOP employees
- Annually review all BOP SOPs and update as needed
- Track required reading and MOCs for all SOP changes in the BOP
- Track training requirements for all new Service Tech IIs
- Schedule outside training for BOP, such as truck driver training
- Provide refresher training for BOP employees on a regular basis
- Hold regular training sessions as needed to keep employees up to date on SOP changes and corrective actions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year employment in BOP. (require)
Competencies:
- Good safety habits and attitude.
- Ability to train new Full Time and Temporary employees in the BOP.
- Have a good understanding of processes and SOPs for the BOP.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work dayshift (Mon-Fri) with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Familiar with the Management Of Change (MOC) process.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
