Essential Functions and Responsibilities                                                                                             

Single point of contact (SPOC)/technical resource for corporate accounts.                                                           

Will assist in determining regulatory requirements for customer waste and by products.                                              

Responsible for all aspects of customer service for corporate accounts including waste profiling, scheduling, invoice review, profitability, and promoting all business lines                                                                     

Participate in the development of proposals and business plans to create new business or further expand relationship with the assigned corporate account.                                                                                           

Ensure that contract terms and pricing are being adhered to at all locations.                                                        

Manage all communications with multiple customer locations/facilities for assigned corporate account(s).                                                                        

Provide, develop and implement solutions for all of customer's needs.                                                                 

Negotiate with multiple service vendors and communicate/coordinate these services for the assigned accounts                                                                                               

Do profit/cost analysis of current management methods to assure most profitable method is being used, make changes to increase margin dollars.  

Keeps Corporate Account Manager up to date on account activities.                                                                                      

May travel to customer sites to evaluate current waste/bi-product management practices or to audit plans developed by Heritage                                                                                 

May be required to service customers until 5:00 pm Mountain and Pacific Time                                                 

Conduct service follow up surveys to ensure customer satisfaction                                                         

May manage small projects as assigned.                                                                                              

Coordinate and manage data collection systems and reports for customer.                                                         

Mentoring of AC Group.  May fill role of AC when needed due to AC position being absent/vacant

Education: Bachelor's Degree required (Environmental Science or Science major preferred) or equivalent experience of at least 4-6 years in the environmental field.                 

Experience: Internal - Prefer 2.5 year's successful customer service management, as evidenced by a consecutive score of 3 or greater on previous evaluations (minimum of 2 evaluation periods).  External - Prefer 4 years successful customer service management plus letters of recommendations to support success.                                                                                     

Knowledge and Abilities: Requires strong organizational, problem solving, oral communications, writing and customer service skills. Strong software abilities in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access are required. Must be able to work well with customers. Strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations. Must be willing to travel on occasion. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.              

A post offer drug screen will be required.  A post offer background check may be required.
