Primary Purpose

Assist On-Site Program Manager in managing customer manufacturing facility. Overseeing all areas related to identifying, implementing, and maintaining by-product management programs at large customer manufacturing sites.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Assist Account Administrator and Program Managers in auditing of item set-up.
  • Administrative work at multi location facilities.
  • Enter and maintain data into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure data and invoice accuracy.
  • Assist in supplier approval process.
  • Limited customer interaction.
  • Assist Program Managers with aging and cash flow.
  • Act as a liaison to Account Administration staff at headquarters and assist with invoicing process.
  • Review monthly customer invoices for accuracy.
  • Generate audit system reports for both customer and internal use.
  • Be proficient in customer invoice and margin review to minimize Operations review time.
  • Generate and audit internal reports for operational review.
  • Data and invoicing quality control and quality assurance.
  • Provide administrative support to Operations team and upper management on various work-related subjects.
  • Audit and correct data for accuracy.
  • Provide other reports as needed for all customers.
  • Assist the On-site Program Manager to find alternative vendors for waste/recycling streams.
  • Work with Heritage Program Managers on developing solutions to improve the by-product management process.
  • Assist in scheduling of by-products leaving the site.
  • Aid On-site Program Manager with data entry, charting, and analyzing the data in order to better strategize waste reduction.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Experience: 2+ years' in a customer service role required. Waste management or environmental industry preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers. Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Strong attention to detail. Has client focused attitude and takes ownership towards resolving customer issues with high satisfaction. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
