Responsible for daily operational oversight of customer's Water and Wastewater treatment facility. May require the supervision of quality, sampling & analysis, permitting and equipment. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Reports daily to Job Site and reports to the On-site Manager.
Assistance with elements of the RCRA and DOT shipping standards for the applicable facility.
Acts as the technically competent person(s) to preform the waster water treatment processes.
Ensures day to day operations are completed to remain compliant.
Works with local managers to implement improvements in waste reduction. 
Performs waste sampling and maintains a variety of testing records.
Assists in day to day waste collection operations and satellite area maintenance.
Inspection of waste storage tanks.
Assists in the preparation of annual reporting. 
May assist in the preparation and shipment of waste.
Other associated paperwork; keeps Manager apprised of changes in scope of work.
Continuously monitor programs for efficiency improvement.

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 year college degree in Environmental Science/Management related field preferred.
Experience: At least one year experience in a related position; familiarity with OSHA, RCRA, DOT and other applicable regulations.
Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.  Must be computer proficient.  Excellent written and oral communication skill set required.  Strong working knowledge and understanding of various federal, state and local industry-related regulations.  Ability to work with all levels of individuals and conduct their business with a strong professional demeanor.  Familiarity with Waste Water Treatment Operations.  Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.  Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.  OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER trained preferred. Regular and predictable attendance required.
